General Reservations Information

2024 Reservations

We have a limited number of full hook up sites available through the late Fall season until Thanksgiving. No minimum night stay requirement.

2025 Reservations

We are currently accepting reservations for 2025!

  • All stays of 7 nights or longer during peak season
  • Stays of 3 nights during the Spring and Fall Season (planned Saturday activities, limited store and arcade hours) are also available with the exception of holiday weekends.
  • 2025 Reservations can only be made over the phone or email

Advance reservations are recommended for your stay at Pine Acres. Holiday weekends require a minimum stay. Rental units are rented by the week from June 16th – August 30th (Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday), with the exception of Rustic Cabins (see Rental page for details). Reservations require a payment in full at the time of booking with a credit card. Confirmation of reservations will be e-mailed only after receipt of payment. Rates are subject to change. All reservations are subject to a $10.00 non-refundable reservation fee.

We do our best to honor site requests whenever possible; however, we are unable to guarantee specific site numbers for rental units or for stays of less than one week. We also reserve the right to change site without notification.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and/or changes to reservation are subject to $50 processing fee.
Refunds are given if notified of cancellation one month or more prior to the reservation arrival date by email or phone.
Cancellations made within one month, but 7 nights prior to your arrival are given a courtesy (no cash value) credit.
No refund or credit is available if you cancel within 7 nights prior to your arrival date, if you do not show up, or if you leave early. We do not refund due to weather (wind, hail, rain, etc.).

Regretfully, we cannot accept personal checks during your stay.
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
most debit cards, and recognized travelers’ checks.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In Time: 1:00 PM (Rentals – 4:00 PM)
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Please Note: No Check-Ins after 9:00 PM.

Express Site Check-In

We are pleased to offer Express Check-in for eligible guests so that you may get to your site quickly and begin relaxing! If you are interested in participating, please review your confirmation to make sure that your account is paid in full and up to date (number of adults, children and pets) and that we have your vehicle information (make, model, color and license plate number). Please be sure to notify the office of any changes AT LEAST 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Rental guests will still need to check-in at the Office.

Pets

Pre-registered family pets are welcome ($) on campsites and designated rental units. Please check with the Office prior to arrival.

Rentals

RV’s and Cabins are rented weekly during July and August, Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday (with the exception of Rustic Cabins). There is No Smoking in any of our rental units. Absolutely No Pets at the rental at any time (pet-friendly rentals excluded). Minimum three night stays available during our Spring and Fall seasons.

Security Deposits For Rentals

Security Deposit: A valid driver’s license and credit card (for the $100 security deposit) in the name of the reservation are required at check-in. All rentals are considered to be “Good Housekeeping”. They are clean when you check-in and we ask they are that way when you vacate. The $100 authorization is released if the rental is clean and undamaged. Camper liability is not limited to the security deposit.
