AN IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING CAMPING AT PINE ACRES

COVID RV

Updated December 3, 2024:

Dear Guests,

Thank you for another great camping season! Thanks to all of you for practicing “camper courtesy.”

Four years ago, we instituted a number of new cleaning, safety, and pandemic-related security measures. Pine Acres activities and other offerings have always been and will remain finite in capacity and subject to limited availability or closure. Our focus remains on the health, safety, and satisfaction of our entire Pine Acres’s community. To maximize the comfort and safety of all our guests, we will continue to limit the number of sites available for the foreseeable future.

We very much enjoyed finishing the 2024 camping season with beautiful Pine Acres’ fall foliage. As in all seasons, we believe RV camping and a number of amenities that we offer (hiking, biking, fishing, boating, etc.) continue to be one of the best ways a family can make memories together while still maintaining everyone’s well being and health. If you have an inner tube, spend a relaxing afternoon floating around the lake! If your family brings their own equipment, we have opened all the outdoor sport venues (basketball courts, gaga ball pit, cornhole pits, volleyball courts, wiffle ball field, pickleball courts, etc.). Check out our newly upgraded bike park and let your dog run free in our dog park.

Please note, for the safety and comfort of all guests, only PRE-REGISTERED DAY VISITORS are allowed. Campsite groups may not invite persons not staying at the campsites to visit without registering 48-hours in advance via the Office. Sorry for the inconvenience, but only a limited number of registered camping visitors are allowed for everyone’s comfort and safety.

Please be aware, wristbands are required at all times while on property.

Additionally, we ask that you use camper courtesy when considering when to wear a mask out of respect for our employees and your fellow campers. We stand in support with those adults and children who are fighting cancer (or suffering from various autoimmune diseases) and who remain careful as they try to avoid getting sick. Thank you for being respectful and understanding!

We appreciate your business and are here to help you with any concerns you might have. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us at camp@pineacresresort.com or call us at 508.882.9509.

Sincerely,
The Packard Family & Pine Acres Team
