AN IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING THE 2020 CAMPING SEASON

Updated September 2, 2020:

Dear Guests,

Due to the constantly evolving COVID-19 situation, we are currently following our State Governor’s mandates. Please check our Facebook page for the most recent information and updates.

We have instituted a number of new cleaning, safety, and pandemic-related security measures. We are constantly evaluating new and enhanced procedures to help us all stay well. Pine Acres activities and other offerings have always been and will remain finite in capacity and subject to limited availability or closure, based on direction from health experts and government officials to promote physical distancing. Our focus remains on the health and safety of our entire Pine Acres’s community. Please help us keep each other healthy by respecting other people’s space. Remember, you don’t know everyone else’s medical situation.

We are very much looking forward to a fun camping season. RV camping and a number of amenities that we offer (hiking, biking, fishing, boating, etc.) may be one of the best ways a family may comply with the CDC guidelines while still maintaining everyone’s well being and health. If you have an inner tube, spend a relaxing afternoon floating around the lake! If your family brings their own equipment, we have opened all the sport venues (tennis courts, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, wiffleball field, etc.). This is an evolving process and we will continue to monitor events. Until then, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us at camp@pineacresresort.com or call us at 508.882.9509.

Please note, as per the Governor’s Order for campgrounds to reopen, we are following his guidance: “Campsite groups may not invite persons not staying at the campsites to visit.” Sorry for the inconvenience, but this means absolutely NO VISITORS.

To maximize the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have limited the number of sites available this year. This means no tenting and no pop-up campers in order to accommodate social and physical distancing. Thank you for understanding as we work hard to keep everyone safe during this pandemic!

Please be aware, wristbands are required at all times while on property. Additional, we ask that you wear a mask when inside our buildings out of respect for our employees. If a medical condition prevents wearing a mask, please feel free to wear a face shield. As an American, you have a right to not wear a mask… but since this is America, we have the right to refuse to serve you. Thank you for understanding!

We appreciate your business and are here to help you with any concerns you might have.

Sincerely,
The Packard Family & Pine Acres Team
