Updated January 4, 2020:
Happy New Year!
Due to the continuing COVID-19 situation, we are currently following our State Governor’s mandates. Please check our Facebook page for the most recent information and updates.
Last year, we instituted a number of new cleaning, safety, and pandemic-related security measures. We are constantly evaluating new and enhanced procedures to help us all stay well. Pine Acres activities and other offerings have always been and will remain finite in capacity and subject to limited availability or closure, based on direction from health experts and government officials to promote physical distancing. Our focus remains on the health and safety of our entire Pine Acres’s community. Please help us keep each other healthy by respecting other people’s space. Remember, you don’t know everyone else’s medical situation.
We had a wonderful 2020 camping season thanks to all our kind and compassionate guests who were so respectful of other people’s space and comfort levels. Thank you for helping us keep our doors open! We loved seeing all the happy people creating enduring family camping memories!
We are very much looking forward to a fun 2021 camping season. We do not know what our Governor will require, but we believe RV camping and a number of amenities that we offer (hiking, biking, fishing, boating, etc.) may be one of the best ways a family may comply with the CDC guidelines while still maintaining everyone’s well being and health. If you have an inner tube, spend a relaxing afternoon floating around the lake! If your family brings their own equipment, we plan to open all the sport venues (tennis courts, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, wiffleball field, etc.). Check out our new bike park and let your dog run loose at our dog park.
Please note, as per the Governor’s Order for campgrounds to reopen, we are following his guidance: “Campsite groups may not invite persons not staying at the campsites to visit.” Sorry for the inconvenience, but this means absolutely NO VISITORS. We expect this will change in 2021, but we do not know yet.
To maximize the comfort and safety of all our guests, we will continue to limit the number of sites available in 2021. This means LIMITED tenting and pop-up campers in order to accommodate social and physical distancing. Thank you for understanding as we work hard to keep everyone safe during this pandemic!
Please be aware, wristbands are required at all times while on property. Additional, we ask that you wear a mask when inside our buildings out of respect for our employees. If a medical condition prevents wearing a mask, please feel free to wear a face shield. If you insist on not wearing a mask, please remember, this is America, so we have the right to refuse to serve you. Thank you for understanding!
We appreciate your business and are here to help you with any concerns you might have. This is an evolving process and we will continue to monitor events. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 508.882.9509.
